Heat resistant rubber belt is suitable for conveying high temperature materials, such as sintering ore, burning carbon, cement clinker and hot casting etc. According to features of conveyed bulking materials, it will use EPDM or SBR as the covers, high strength, high penetration polyester or cotton canvas as strength ply. The heat resistant glass fabric can be laid between the cover and skeleton to improve the service life of the belt. It can be made as endless type according to the request by customers.
Notes: Heat resistant conveyor belt is classified for 4 tempeture grades
T1: heat resistant no more than 100ºC testing degree
T2: heat resistant no more than 125ºC testing degree
T3: heat resistant no more than 150ºC testing degree
T4: heat resistant no more than 180ºC testing degree
